Maplewood Care Society creates a person-centred and social approach to life. Your donations to Maplewood Care Society help the Society’s mission to serve and support with dignity, one unique person at a time. Pledges, gifts, planned giving, tributes, grants and donations enhance quality of life and provide equipment for residents and clients. Fraser Health funds the care and operations of the public beds and day program spaces at Maplewood House and MSA Manor.
How to Support the Society
There are several ways to support Maplewood Care Society. To sponsor a program or project, make a donation, or to get involved as a volunteer, please contact us at 604-853-5585.

Honour and Tribute Fund
Celebrate someone’s life or a special life event with an honour or tribute donation. Cards are a thoughtful way to send wishes on occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and at times of loss. These gifts connect the community with the Society.
Music, Entertainment and Leisure Fund
Music, performances, outings and activities nourish life. This fund supports the rich and varied programs that contribute to vitality.
Outdoor Living Fund
Gardens, flowers and places to wander and sit are a part of everyday life. Contributions to this fund help make connections and meaning with the outside environment.
Comfort Fund
Residents go on outings, treat themselves to a meal ordered in, have their hair done, and buy special snacks with money in their comfort fund. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to do that. A donation to this fund gives people who cannot otherwise afford it the chance to enjoy such comforts.
Staff Education Fund
Ongoing education is important for all the staff serving and supporting residents, clients and families. This fund improves the knowledge and skills of staff so they can continue providing high quality care and services.
